How to book

Enter your contact details, select the placement and let us know your preferred time of travel.

Some placements have set start dates and lengths, others are flexible allowing you to choose the best time of year and length to join us. Once we receive your message, we'll get back to you with the closest available dates depending on your request.

From there, our friendly team will be here to support you, answering any questions you have, discussing project and travel preparations and overall, help you arrive in South Africa excited and ready!

Flexible with travel plans: Able to start on multiple planned trips or months of the year?

If your flexible with your starting dates, let us know! We can discuss your first and second choices of travel. We can also discuss what traveling at different times of the year can mean in terms of wildlife behaviour, cost with travel or even temperature in South Africa. .
